Midnight Phantom is JM de Guzman’s biggest TV break in almost a decade, next to a short stint on Ang TV 2 where his batchmates included Shaina Magdayao and Midnight Phantom’s lead actress Denise Laurel. JM was only 14 when he did Ang TV 2(he was known as JM "Butik" De Guzman), but he left the show when he felt that his showbiz career was not going anywhere. He focused on his studies and took up Theater Arts at Dulaang UP.
His theater experience helped improve his acting, and when he felt he was ready to be an actor again, he auditioned and was later cast in the 2009 Cinemalaya film Last Supper Number 3. The indie film was Direk Lauren Dyogi (business unit head of PHR), who found him and asked JM if he wanted to audition for Midnight Phantom. He passed the audition and now stars as the best friend of Rafael Rosell who plays the title role.
He was cast in the new PHR series, Alyna and paired with his Midnight Phantom co-actor, Charee Pineda who has been claimed having Chemistry by the fans. Their tandem is known as "JuaMEe".

Jason Jimenez Abalos (born January 14, 1985) is a Filipino actor. He was also a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Batch 2003 at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology.
Abalos is a member of ABS-CBN's circle of homegrown talents named Star Magic. He was discovered after joining Star Circle Quest, a reality show in search of new actors.
Abalos, 26, on August 7, 2008, won Best Performance by Male or Female, Adult or Child, Individual or Ensemble in Leading or Supporting Role award in the Young Critics Circle Annual Citation held at the Faculty Center Conference (Pulungang Recto, Bulwagang Rizal) Hall of the University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City. The award was for his role in the indie film “Adela,” directed by Adolf Alix, Jr. and starring Anita Linda (in the 2008Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival).
On October 1, 2008, Abalos won the Best Actor in the 2008 Gawad Urian Awards for “Endo.”[1]
He presently studies at UST.

coco martin's life

Coco Martin (born Rodel Nacianceno on Novemeber 1, 1983) is a Filipino actor, villain, and dubbed as the Prince of Philippine Independent Cinema" having been cast in numerous critically acclaimed or award-winning independent films. He started out in showbiz as one of the members of Star Circle Batch 9, ABS-CBN. Although managed by ABS-CBN’s talent management agency, Star Magic, his career didn’t really take off as he decided to finish his education. He is known as on his role some of the independent film which a gay-themed genres.

He has appeared in several TV commercials (i.e., BPI, Globe, Smart) before breaking into showbiz with his debut film Masahista (Masseur) which won him the Young Critics Circle Best Actor Award in 2006. He also starred in Kaleldo (Summer Heat) in 2006.
Early in 2007, Coco became an exclusive artist of GMA Network, and appeared in several GMA TV shows starting with Daisy Siete. He is also a member of the boy-group The Studs. He was also seen in the independent gay-oriented film Daybreak with Paolo Rivero.

Daniel Wu Biography

Daniel Wu is a Chinese martial art practitioner since his youth; he moved to Hong Kong in 1997 after graduated from University of Oregon (architecture), and started his entertainment career in modelling.

Daniel made his acting debut in 1998 in “Young and Dangerous: The Prequel” as supporting cast. He starred in a few more movies before making his breakthrough as the leading actor for “Purple Storm” in 1999. Purple Storm won some awards in various film festivals, and people started to notice Daniel’s acting besides his look.

Daniel continued to star in dozens of movies, but his next breakthrough came years later in 2004, with his performances in “One Nite in Mongkok” and “New Police Story”. He won the prestigious Golden Horse award (best supporting actor) with the later movie.

With the Golden Horse success, Daniel managed to land more roles in high profile movies, like “The Banquet”, “Protégé” and “Blood Brothers” etc.

Daniel forms a boyband, ‘Alive’ in 2005. His attention however, is not about the music, but to direct a mockumentary about Hong Kong music industry, using Alive as the centre of the plots.

His directing debut, “The Heavenly Kings” was released in April 2006. The movie is not a huge box office success, but Daniel claimed the best new director award the 26th Hong Kong Film Awards in 2007.
